VIP Event Consultants is an experienced team of Event Coordinators in the Edmonton area. VIP started over 13 years ago as a vision to bring an edge to the event planning business. We are a team born from looking at things in a different way. Whether you want a white wedding, or a black one, a professional business dinner, or a unique one, we will happily suit your needs. We at VIP Event Consultants truly believe that every single event should be perfectly tailored to the couple, business, or attendants. There is no cookie cutter way to do it all, so we won't think that way!

Sarah Mitchell

Owner/Head Event Coordinator


Sarah is the owner of VIP Event Consultants and has been with VIP since its start as Head Event Coordinator. Sarah is a graduate of Grant MacEwan College with a diploma in Technical Theater Production, and has put this to good use working as a stage manager and lighting director on both theatre stages and movie sets.  10 years ago Sarah discovered her love for theatre translated to event planning nicely, and began her journey in becoming one of Edmonton's top planners. With the combination of her education, vast customer service experience, excellent production skills and her strong sense of style, Sarah has found a calling as a unique and sought after event planner.

Carlyna Greschuk

Wedding & Event Coordinator


Carlyna has had a passion for events & hard work since a very young age. Her love for anything art related and her passion for fashion has led to her attendance at NAIT, to gain her certificate in Event Management. Carlyna also enjoys working in modelling, and hobbies that include painting, sewing and baking.


Carlyna joined the VIP team as a Setup Assistant, and quickly rose the ranks to Assistant Event Coordinator. She is one to watch out for as her growth has been exponential and was recently awarded the “Rising Star” award by MPI (Meeting Planners International). VIP Event Consultants has big plans for Carlyna, and we know she’ll be a GEM of the company moving forward!


Kim Silcoff

Event & Wedding Coordinator


Kim started with VIP Events as an intern with a purpose! Her background full of customer service, problem solving and event management proved to come in useful as she was put to the test and thrown into the VIP Events world! Kim quickly climbed the ladder, taking her skills and fine tuning them to create stunning and beautiful events for clients. She is now our go-to event planner on the team, and ready to tackle anything! Her sunny personality and ability to make you feel calm no matter what has proven to be an asset to VIP Events. Lisa was the original owner of VIP Event Consultants, and continues on heading up our corporate events! Lisa has been a highly rated Executive Assistant for well over 20 years and she has taken her experience in personal assistant services as well as her above par technical skills and brought this experience into the personal concierge and event consultant industry.  With years of experience organizing a wide variety of corporate events, Lisa's business savvy is put to good use as an Event Consultant.  Lisa strives for commitment to excellence, and is definetely VIP's top corporate event specialist!
